Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentVet ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. AgentVet is operated by AgentVet Inc.

2. Description of Service

AgentVet is a marketplace for vetted AI agent skills. We provide a platform where developers can submit, and users can discover and acquire, AI agent skills that have been verified through our tiered vetting process. We also offer custom agent build services.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Vetting Tiers

Skills submitted to AgentVet undergo our automated vetting process:

• Bronze — Passed static security scan (code pattern analysis, dependency check)
• Silver — Bronze + Passed sandbox execution (runtime behavior verified in isolated environment)
• Gold — Silver + All test inputs pass, no warnings detected
• Platinum — Gold + Performance optimized (sub-5s execution, low memory, zero security concerns)

Disclaimer: Vetting is a best-effort security review, not a guarantee. AgentVet does not warrant that vetted skills are free from all vulnerabilities or will function as described. Use skills at your own risk.

5. Subscriptions

AgentVet offers monthly subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) with a 14-day free trial. By subscribing, you agree to recurring monthly billing via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

6. Custom Build Services

Custom agent build services are quoted individually based on scope and complexity. Quotes are valid for 30 days. A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remainder due upon delivery. Custom builds include a 30-day warranty for bug fixes.

7. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. AgentVet does not store your credit card information. All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms of service. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

8. Intellectual Property

Skill authors retain full ownership of their intellectual property. By listing a skill on AgentVet, you grant AgentVet a non-exclusive, worldwide license to distribute, display, and promote the skill on our platform. This license persists until the skill is removed from the marketplace.

AgentVet's branding, design, and platform code are the exclusive property of AgentVet Inc.

9. Prohibited Content

You may not submit skills that:

• Contain malware, spyware, or intentionally harmful code
• Include stolen or plagiarized code
• Are designed to deceive, mislead, or defraud users
• Attempt to exfiltrate data without explicit disclosure
• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentVet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages from skill malfunction, data loss, or security breaches. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
